The Way He Works

Before we came to Jordan, I was put in touch with some Americans who are living here in Amman studying Arabic. We exchanged email, and they gave me a list of things that they and their kids missed about the U.S. – Like Reeses peanut butter cups, dvd’s, etc.

So I and some friends put together two suitcases full of fun stuff and hauled it over here to them. The only thing I was worried about was being able to get it to them, since I wasn’t sure if they had a car, and these suitcases are HEAVY.

I called them last night when we arrived at our hotel. And guess what?

They live right across the street.

In a town of 2 million people, you can’t tell me that’s a coincidence.
