Eid ul-Fitr or Id-ul-Fitr, or simply Eid for short, is the annual Muslim holiday marking the end of Ramadan – the Islamic holy month of fasting; Hari Raya Aidilfitri or Hari Raya Puasa, for my Malaysian friends.
